Class Project
Assignment: Digital Media Video Project
For this project, I created a 45–60 second TikTok-style video designed to use the affordances of digital media communication in an engaging and persuasive way. The goal was to produce an informal, influencer-style post that raised awareness about a specific issue affecting UW–Madison campus life.

My Project: “Bring More Music Artists to Madison”
My video focused on the lack of major touring artists performing in Madison compared to nearby cities like Milwaukee and Chicago. Using a casual, conversational tone and social media-style delivery, I encouraged viewers to think about how the local music scene could grow through more support for live venues, student engagement, and artist outreach. The project challenged me to combine storytelling, performance, and digital editing to capture attention and inspire action within a short, creative format.

Class Project
This class project was to make a short one minute music video with a story. My story was a couple where the boyfriend is caught cheating and gaslights his girlfriend into believing his innocence. The story focusses on manipulation and dependence. Adobe Premiere Pro was used for editing.
